How to Produce Acetate Eyeglasses?
Acetate eyeglasses is a popular choice due to its colorful durability and lightweight construction. Here are the steps to let you know how our factory to produce acetate eyeglasses?

Materials and machine Needed
&Materials

Acetate sheets, The acetate supplier like Jinyu, Jimei,MAZZUCCHELLI........
Hinges and met core, Such as Comotek or OBE , and china domestic.....
Lens, Demo lens on acetate optical frames, Sun lens on acetate sunglasses, Sun lens like Carl Zeiss, YueHeng or Mazzucchelli lens.....
Regarding all raw material, The eyewear factory should do according to customers requirement.

&Machine 
CNC machine---- cut the shape according to the drawing.
Planing machine-----make the acetate sheet to small piece.
Baking machine-----make the material dry,it will be helpful for the shrink for acetate eyeglasses.
Temple machine----- make the temple shape, and put the metal core into the temples.
Hinges machine-----put the hinges on the front frames.
Tumbling mahine-----Tumbling, to make the frames and temples polish.

Polishing machine-----make the acetate eyeglasses shinny enough.

&Steps

1.Choose your acetate sheets in the color and thickness you want for your eyewear frames.
2.Planing the acetate sheet into small pieces.
3.Baking the small acetate pieces around 7 days, To make sure the material dry.

4.Engraving the eyeglasses shape according to your drawing.
5.Use the temple machine to press the temples according to the mould first, Then put the meal core into the temple.
6.Tumbling the acetate front frames and temple in tumbling machine around 3-4 days. 

7.Use hinges machine to put the hinges on the front frames.
8.Polishing the whole frame with 3 process ,grind by sand,Then polish by wax.

9.Cut the lens by CNC machine.
10.Assemble the eyewear accessories.

Each step should be checked by QC,and The production process/ craft is different due to the different structure.
