Our glasses factory is committed to providing high-quality and innovative eyewear products. Although our production process and technology are very mature,sometimes our production department encounters different problems and various challenges in customized designs.
Today, we would like to share with you the process of production, a recent problem we encountered, and how we found a solution for it?

This demonstrates our team's approach to dealing with challenges and ensures that every pair of glasses, whether it is a sample or mass production, meets quality standards.
Problem:

Recently, we need to sample the customized metal with acetate sunglasses(Combination sunglasses) made by the customer's OEM designs.
After we assemble the metal glasses part and the plastic part glasses, the two parts don't match edge by edge, and they seem to have a gap in the middle.
Cause Analysis:
The part of the acetate eyewear style is not engraved well by CNC machine, which does not fit the other metal glasses very well and there is a gap.
Solution:
Solution:
1.Reheat the plastic part.
2.Use pliers to press the metal glasses frame and plastic glasses frame to make the gap disappear.
3. After ensuring there is no gap between the metal and acetate eyeglasses frame , re-polish the plastic part to ensure it is on the same plane as the metal part.
