3D printed glasses: the process from drawings to finished products
The so-called 3D printed glasses are to print exclusive patterns, textures or logos on the surface of the frame. This process is usually carried out after all traditional processes are completed to ensure that the pattern fits the frame perfectly.
The specific process is as follows:
1:Confirm the pattern design
The customer provides drawings or design ideas, and we will generate high-definition color pictures for confirmation.
2:Prepare the printing mold
2:Prepare the printing mold
After the design is confirmed, we will tailor the mold and parameter settings required for 3D printing for the frame.
3:Printing after the frame processing is completed
3:Printing after the frame processing is completed
Whether it is metal glasses or acetate frames, we will start the 3D printing process (3D printing glasses) after completing all processes such as welding, polishing, and electroplating to ensure the stability and durability of the pattern.
