How to perfectly combine metal and acetate eyeglass frames in production

How to perfectly combine metal and acetate eyeglass frames in production?

Acetate glasses, typically made from acetate or other plastic materials, are known for their variety of colors and textures. Common acetate eyewear styles include round acetate glasses and acetate clear  glasses frames.

Cobination spectacle frames cleverly combine metal and acetate materials to form a unique design. The metal part can be stainless steel glasses or titanium glasses. No matter which material you choose.
So how to ensure the perfect fit between the metal glasses frame and the acetate eyeglasses frame part during production?
We are willing to share our eyeglasses factory's craftsmanship to let you know more.

The following is a pair of pink and thin acetate glasses combined with metal glassesIn production, we need to pay attention to the following two points

1.Production process of acetate glasses circle

Cutting the material first and CNC the slot, outer ring and inner ring, as shown in the picture.

After finishing tumbling, proceed to CNC the outer slot where the metal part will be fixed.

The reason for this is to prevent the roller from rolling too round and to prevent dirt from entering, which will affect the beauty and cleanliness of the glasses.

2.The coordination of temple with end piece.
After welding, we will first cut the front hinge at an inclined angle and opening according to the drawing.

The temple front will be intentionally enlarged by about 0.2mm, and then cut according to the drawing based on the angle of the front hinges.
By using the front hinges as a reference for cutting the temple, a perfect fit between the temple and the front glasses frame can be achieved.
