The square checkered pattern on the metal core is upper. Due to the influence of temperature and position when shooting the metal core, each metal core will have a certain deviation in position when it is inserted into the eyewear temple.
So, how do we achieve consistency in the hole position on the pattern?
The traditional method is to position and CNC from the back,
But we innovatively changed to positioning from the front hole. This is Because the hole position and pattern on the front side of the metal core are formed together with the mold, the hole position on the front side can be unified. Positioning and carving from the front side, even if there is a deviation, is within a very small range. Therefore, the screw hole position can accurately fall on the small checkered pattern, so as to give the meal core a perfect appearance
